My doctor prescribed me 50 mg clomiphene for 5 days in this cycle. I am concerned because of associated risk of ovarion cyst or birth defects. I am ovulating and have regular cycles but doctor prescribed clomid due to low AMH and AFC. Can it cause any negative impact?
I am also planning to go for IUI in this cycle.

Clomid can cause ovulation induction and you need that in view of low follicular count. It's not known to cause birth defects and any simple ovarian cysts usually resolve on their own.
