Hello. I got viral fever 1 week back, along with acute cough and cold. The fever & other symptoms have subsided, but there is still some congestion. I am now left with clogged ears and it has been one week that they are not getting normal. Should I see an ENT at the earliest?

After viral fever many times there's a chance of otitis media of effusion/tubal congestion.. better to consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
