If you have your USG report which says normally situated placenta and adequate cervical length, you can climb stairs. Climb slowly and steadily pausing to catch the breath, hold the railing if you feel unsteady. Don’t forget to wash your hands thoroughly afterwards. You can climb easily upto seven months. Later when Center of gravity shifts because of growing tummy you have to be more careful.
Next Steps
Anomaly scan at 18-20 weeks
