Please specify if it's a proper clicking SOUND that u are able to listen, or if it's just the eyelid muscles twitching ( like tics ) that u feel as a click. If u are able to hear any sound then u will require a complete eye examination with ur ophthalmologist.
If it is just eyelid muscles that are involuntarily clicking, then it's usually related to eyestrain and general stress and it should go away
Next Steps
use appropriate power spectacles if u have any refractive errors and wear them constantly.
study with proper brightness in the room and maintain the visual hygeine
Health Tips
do not keep the book too close while studying.
take breaks in between to rest the eyes and stay hydrated
