Clenching teeth
I am having temporary filling and tooth infection for now. i dont know why out of being conscious upper gum touches lower gum. A sudden clench. i read through internet it refers to it as bruxism or TMJ but it is only clenching at the affected tooth side. can you help is this happening because of tooth itself or what?

Bruxism is an habit seen in some people In the long run it can damage your gums and cause wear and tear of your teeth.There are habit breaker appliances available for this.you can use an oral splint to protect the teeth
