Clearz ultra Max (Hydroquinone etc) 15gm

Respected sir, My dermotologist doctor advised me to use clearz ultra Max 15 Gm in 2016 Clearz max contains Hydroquinone ingredient I have been suffering from Hyperpigmented on my Forehead & cheeks.He suggested me to use that cream only in night times for 1 hour and wash the cream before sleep I still have pigmentation problem on cheeks & head, can I use that Clearz ultra Max cream? I quit that cream after using some days Can I again use that cream in night times? & How long we can use that cream? Can we use that cream whenever it necessary in future again? He suggested me to use that cream in alternative days in a week.can we use that cream for 3 months in alternative days in night time? Please help me to use that cream in night times
