Clear nipple discharge

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have a swelling in my left armpit and also having pain on my left side of armpit and breast.i had suddenly notice a clear water like discharge on my right breast is this early symptoms of cancer ? I've irregular periods problem nd IBS under ayurvedic medication. I'm on 14th day of mensutrual cycle.
