Clear cell RCC
Few months ago I underwent surgery of RCC on left of my kidney, whole kidney had been removed, other kidney functionally ok and don't have any problem.
Present I am single can approach for marry ?
Will it come again ?
I am confused what to do whether live normal life or under fear of returning it ?
Please advise.

You have to take care regarding single kidney.. Regarding avoiding over the counter drugs, regular health check up for Hypertension, Diabetes. Regarding malignancy, u need a proper follow up plan as per the biopsy report

Having one kidney should not be a problem for marriage.
Chances of recurrence will depend upon the stage and extent of the initial tumor.
