Its grossly displaced . You need to visit a orthopaedic in person Less likely it will unite ..  u can appreciate the gap by urself. It require either closed reduction and application of clavicle brace or straps or sometimes both. Then we repeat xrays on day one and after two weeks if gap is reduced and bone end are in close proximity then chance of uniting are 90% . If still gap is present and bone not close contact 2nd Option Surgery to fix the fracture bone. So plz visit in person with ortho doc.  Hope it helps . Total healing time needs  6-8 weeks without surgery  with surgery 6 weeks if done properly  .  And total time to get normal strong bone formation  6-8 months. Can do all your activities. Avoid weight lifting  or any other further injury to it.

Almost 1 month has passed since Injury and there is no pain at fracture site, x rays doest show changes so early. It might unite but fracture will be like this only displaced. If it unites there will be mal-union.
