Hello Practo user, Due to the global pandemic Coronavirus staying inside has become a norm, limiting the time spent by an individual outdoors. Lock down might be contributing to anxiety experienced before sleeping and being in enclosed spaces. Also, there might be some underlying issues that need to be probed further to understand deeper cause of anxiety often stored in our subconscious mind. You could consult a clinical psychologist to explore the issues surrounding the anxiety and suggest some anxiety management techniques.
Next Steps
Consult a clinical psychologist
Health Tips
Walking for minimum 15-30 minutes, Sitting in the balcony, Relaxation exercise before sleeping, Call friends Socialising with friends and family might be helpful.

Your acceptance towards understanding yourself is the first step towards improvement. Will suggest you to get professional help online but as well as try to take a walk everyday in the morning, give yourself small responsibilities of groceries. Whatever is suitable is for you. Start yoga or exercise. Small steps can make you move forward

I appreciate your willingness to seek a professional support to overcome the Anxiety and related issues.. Some times, even though our family members are friendly enough and open enough, we might not feel to share certain feelings them. It's good to express your thoughts to a neutral person who can guide you appropriately..
