Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma
I found out I had Hodgkin lymphoma in March when I got a PET CT scan. The SUV max was 8.5 on both sides of my lungs. I did two rounds of ABVD chemotherapy, and the SUV max dropped to 1.1. The doctor changed my chemo to AVD, and after six cycles, the SUV max went up to 5.2. Even though I feel better with no symptoms, the doctor suggests a bone marrow transplant. I'm unsure because I've been fine during the treatment and right now still better day by day. What should I do?

In Hodgkin’s lymphoma PETSCAN response is important. As there is an increase in SUV we also want to look into Duvellie score. However as it showing increases in SUV most likely your D-score will be high. It is taken as refractory disease and needs to treated with different chemotherapy followed by autologous stem cell transplant
