This immuno histo chemistry report of 80 year old gentleman given here shows Double expression with MYC and BCL2 . Histopathology biopsy report not shown. Mostly it will be a DLBCL. If possible please upload that also. Has a CECT thorax abdomen or PET scan been already done for this person. If so, that will help in staging. Ideally a bone marrow examination also needs to be done for completion of staging work up. Based on these findings and patients condition, medical oncologist can treat him with appropriate medications.
