Urinary Bladder: Moderately filled and regular in outline. Uterus: Normal in size, regular in shape, anteverted in position, cavity is empty, cervix is normal. Ovaries: Both tuboovarian regions appears to be normal, posterior CUL-DE-SEC contains no free fluid. Comments: Suggestive of hepatomegaly with mild hydronephrosis (Right Kidney).
