Clarification
Hi, Can anyone help me by seeing the attached report and let me know what is the status of my dental problem areas. How I can proceed further, everyone is telling different stories. For total how many teeth need to do root canal and for filling.

Hii, X-ray's show deep cavities, those which are not, needs clinical correlation i.e; you may have shallow cavities which are not clearly seen in x-ray. Start treatment for the tooth that pains most. Based on your OPG, you need RCT in Right upper 2nd Pre Molar. Left upper 1st molar has a deep cavity close to tooth nerve, hence pulp capping may  be needed or RCT(have to decide while operating). Class II fillings needed in Right upper 1st Molar, Left upper 2nd Pre Molar.. For other findings please visit a dentist.
