Actually It has three reasons.1) Tight foreskin,2) Adhesions of foreskin to glans,3) Short frenulum....... Proper physical examination is necessary,to rule out specific reason..... Frenulum is a elastic band of tissue under glans penis that connects the foreskin.... In such short frenulum.... frenulum tear is necessary..... repeated sexual intercourse can tear the frenulum..... If doesn't happen then a small surgical incision is necessary over frenulum.. .it cost around 2k .....In other reasons like Tight foreskin .... Circumcision is necessary....it cost around 15 k- 25 k depends on hospital
Next Steps
So consult a nearby Surgeon/ Urologist in your city
Health Tips
Application of Betamethasone or hydrocortisone cream softens the foreskin & then repeated exercise and stretching can resolve the issue in Minor cases of tight foreskin
