Circumcision of penis
I have tried pulling back my foreskin and I have also found yellowish powder beneath the head of my penis and it also pains each and every time I try to pull back my penis .
I don't know how much would it cost
And would it be through laser or traditional operation

I think you should go for circumcision - preferably traditional. It is less expensive, done by so many doctors around you.
