I had done circumcision, almost 40 days before, wound had been heal but still there is swollen on left side near the ring..so can i have sex, will there be any problem?? n how long it will get to heal the swollen part??

yes you can have sex provided there is no pain or discomfort during erection. Better to show to your surgeon and get his opinion as well
