Chronic weakness
I'm feeling not energetic, weak and unmotivated all the time. This has been around for about one year I can remember. I'm thinking it's because of depression but I don't know. I used to masturbate a lot to cope up with boredom, depression but now I don't even get that desire. I've suffered joint pains, insomnia and lack of hunger and now treated them consulting Ayurvedic Doctors but I'm having lack of energy persistently. Should I be worried seriously? Whom should I consult? General physician or any other doctor?
