Chronic ulcer in eyes

Asked for Male, 33 Years

My husband was having conjunctivitis which has further developed in ulcer in his right eye. He is currently taking tablets and Vigamox and eubri drops. Are this drops effective? It's already been ten days, how many more days it will take to heal

If he is having corneal ulcer for 10 days then he should go for culture from scrapping of ulcer & KOH examination. Only vigamox is not effective. Cyclipegic- Mydriatic is also needed. Antifungal drop may also be needed. So it'll be better please go to any rebound eye setup for examination & treatment.
