Since it is getting reduced by the use of gabapentin than most while your symptoms are neurological and concerned with the nerve supply of your ear. However I would advise you to take tablet Vomivert 1 tablet 2 times daily for 2 weeks. After that take it for another 2 weeks only once daily. Also take tablet neurokind GB or Bilovas one tablet daily for 1 month. This will definitely help you overcome your 10 metres and dizziness/vertigo.
