Chronic sinusitis can cause nose blocks and which in turn causes mouth breathing! The mouth breathing can cause snoring and disturbed sleep and also sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is the cause for day time sleepiness, decreased concentration, BP and Diabetes and also forgetfulness! So get treated for sinusitis!!!

Sometimes chronic sinusitis can have sleep problems leading to lack of concentration.
