Sinusitis
One year back I have took MRI SCAN because of chronic headache and found that sinusitis infection and taking tablet levosiz and nasal spray for polyb. I m taking both for almost one year. Now often I have mild pain on the front of top of head , some times centre portion and some time left and right portion on the top of the head . Very mild pain/ pressure . Some times on eyebrows also . What will be the solution for this and how long I need to take this medication? My sinus infection areas are bilateral fronto ethmoid , spheno ethmoid.

Sir the treatment depends on the degree/ severity of sinusitis. I suggest u get a nasal endoscopy and a ct scan of the nose done firsthand.
