Chronic pelvic pain ultrasound query

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have had on going medical issues. chroc lower right peliv pain, surgery etc, no diagnosis. before surgery i had a internal ultrasound which said “query small follicle in left overy” .. i have never been able to get pregnant , is this relative to that? what does 1 small follicle mean?

U need to do hormonal profile to find out if u hv poor ovarian reserve. An AMH , Antral follicle count and LH and FSH are needed. Other causes cn be thyroid disorders , ovarian cysts etc
