Chronic neck sprain
I have chronic neck sprain for last 1 week, unable to move my neck either side. Similar pain at the lower back, unable to bend down. Entire back Is stiff. This is for almost 1 year now.

Neck sprain mainly due to untoward strain to the neck will lead to muscle spasm and will lead to pain..rest and analgesics as per the advice of a neurosurgeon will give you relief..if it is not subsiding you may need to go for imaging...
