Dear gentleman, Greetings, A proper diagnosis is a must before any medication or supplementation. In addition I would suggest you to consult a nutrition expert to get sorted with the deficiency issues. A regular rehabilitation exercises from a therapist if weakness persists is a must. The therapist can suggest you on the basis of diagnosis the best options available. Try to consult and get it diagnosed as soon as possible. Cheers.
