Chronic headache?
I've been having a headache for about 4 weeks now and it feels really tight around my eyes and head. Sometimes I feel a throbbing pain.
I also have issues with my eyes and blurry vision. I'm sensitive to light and sound and get irritated easily.
If it's also related, my eyes, ears and scalp itch from time to time.
Other than that I'm a healthy eater and exercise daily. But I had depression in the past and still feel emotionally unstable.

There can be multiple issues at the same time . Meet a psychologist to get hold over your emotional disturbances. Simultaneously also look into visiting an ophthalmologist just to clarify if there is no serious issue. Headache is a by product of depression and pressure . Once you deal with tour Depression most of the things will be managed .
