Chronic headache
Diagnosed with sphenoid sinusitis on 27 Feb 2020. Now suffering from chronic headache from back to front along with neck. Slight pressure feeling on the eyes. Can't focus on anything due to the pain. Haved tried home remedies of taking vapour, doing excersise. But all in vain. Please suggest a solution.

How frequently do u get the headache, is it aggregated on sunlight and stress and relieved only on meds. Blurring of vision. Needs detailed history and examination

Thanks for your question.Look headache is a big entity and we have to exclude possible causes one by one .Even anyone is having spenoidal sinusitis that doesn't signifies that it will be the principal cause of headache.you have to mention the type of headache, precipitating cause, relieving factor, association with, laterality associated comorbidities,your blood pressure,when last eyesight and pressure checked,any medication for the same or not already,your profession and life style,any addiction etc along with reports of the tests already done with plates.Meanwhile may take tab paracetamol 500 mg one tablet SOS.But you need physical examination and evaluation.

Would like to know more about the sinusitis. How was it diagnosed. Was a CT taken? Do u have any other symptoms. The headache need not be due to the sinusitis
