I have chronic sinusitis for the past 6 months. Every time i feel a burning sensation near my eyebrows, place behind the ears. Ct scan revealed that I have chronic maxillary sinusitis. Should I consider doing a surgery for this? At times the pain is intolerable behind my ears. After eating I have colorless nasal discha

if its clinically or radiologically proved chronic rhinosinusitis then you have two options, one word of caution though is your symptoms are not really signs of a typical rhinosinusitis
you can try taking medications for atleast 2 to 3 months before surgery. medicines include steroid nasal sprays
if medicines are not successful you can go ahead with endoscopic sinus surgery which has reasonably good cure rate
I suggest you to take second opinion regarding diagnosis of sinusitis before deciding on treatment
