Chronic Constipation
My main problem is that I have to go lettering 4-5 times daily and gas and stool passes alternatively and frequently all the times 24 hours in a day.When I try to ready to go on my job at 6am. in the morning and go to latrin and take a bath then stress goes very high and it is difficult to get ready because stool passes very frequently and does not allow me to come out from toilet.when I come out from my house after get ready, gas starts passing and often I have to go lettering in my office.The problem of my Hemorrhoids is increasing again while Hemorrhoids have been operated before 4 years back.Many times in a year I have to face the problem of loose motion and I have to take the support of antibiotics such as O2 [Ofloxacin and ornidazole tablets o2] and V S L tablet [v s l #3 bifi bobacteria capsules ] to stop loose motion.Every time I have to scrape or manually out the stool by my finger, doctors have said not to do so but I could not stop it till now.Attached Image for more detail

Hi.... Add fiber to your diet increases the weight of your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines. Slowly begin to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day. Choose whole-grain breads and cereals.... Don't ignore the urge to have a bowel movement. Take your time in the bathroom, allowing yourself enough time to have a bowel movement without distractions and without feeling rushed. ...
