When it is at home, 'complaints' often indicate the absence or reduction in meaningful and trustworthy communication. In this case, what needs to be assessed is the quality of communication between the 'complainant' and the person onto whom the complaint is directed. Empathy (thinking and feeling from the other person's point of view and situation) can play a significant role in improving the quality of communication. On the other hand, the 'complainant' could also be suffering from mental health issues like paranoid personality disorder. Either way, consulting a psychologist can help greatly in improving the overall condition. Hence I suggest you to consult a psychologist and explore possible remedies.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychologist.
