Chrohns disease and Hysterectomy
I have Chrons disease and ileum rescection in June 2005. I have been on remicade, azatharopine, and currently on Humira and Methorexate. My Gyn dr said today from my ultrasound I have enlarged uterus with Adenomyosis. I have crohns disease and its in the ileum, my Gyn suggested a Hysterectomy and said it is risky because of the Crohn’s disease. I would like to have the hysterectomy but I would like to know which Hysterectomy procedure is best and will having Hysterectomy be advised and safe

Would suggest for laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH). Kindly consult to discuss. Would definitely like to talk regarding treatment plan and know history. Thanks
