How to get rid of chrons disease.

I have been suffering with chrons disease for the last 7 years. Now I am now using Mesacol OD and Folvite (1 tablet each a day). Ocassionally I have been suffering with loose motion and stomach pain when I eat certain food like items with Besan and Wada. Please suggest a cure with medicines.
