Cholinergic Urticaria
So I have been having this extreme itching all over my head, sometimes on my face and my body, after eating spicy food and/or being out in the sun. It stops once I’m indoors. I explained this problem to a doctor once and he said you just might be allergic to something. I just googled it for the first time today and found out it is called cholinergic urticaria. So I want to know is there a permanent solution to this? Do I need to see a doctor? Thank you.
