Cholestrol
I have total cholesterol of 249 which reduced from 264 in the last three years. Triglycerides 72 ( which reduced from 103 ). Hdl of 61 and non hdl of 189 and ldl of 175. 29 year old male. Have a strict diet regime and walk 4 times a day. Request help.
