Which is effective treatment on high cholesterol , I do have high level of cholesterol total 249 , hdl 44,try 206 &ldl 160 ....non smoker and control waight 64 kg ..Pls suggest

Those levels can definitely be reduced by exercise and dietary changes like avoiding sweets or sugar items,saturated fats like butter,dalda etc. Brisk walking and exercise should solve problem. Repeat the tests after 1 month and check. Homeopathy medicines too will help to metabolize the cholesterol without side effects.
