My cholesterol is 187, HDL 39, Triglycerides 101, Direct LDL 129, Non HDL 148, Chol/HDL Ratio 4.8, LDL/HDL Ratio 3.3.
I am concerned about my non hdl cholesterol. What do these values indicate? Should I be worried? I often get pain on the left, but it generally turns out to be nothing. ECG and ECHO are normal.
