Hi Doctor, My husband is 34years n he is having choloestrol , high triglycerides level 292 mg/dL. He wants to lower the triglycerides without medicine/tablets. He started walking, exercise n doing home remedies. Please clarify he if start to take medicine n once it reached normal level.can he stop taking medicine.

HDL very low, Start him onega 3, all good healthy fats, reduce carb intake and processed foods. Let me know if you need further help
