Can I take milk at night..bt problem I that my cholesterol level manly triglycerides is 241..and also am suffering from gastric and acidity problem...so can I take milk or not at night ? Is cow milk is good or buffalo milk???

I'll say avoid milk at night. U can start cow milk +2 spoon pure cow ghee in the morning ,it'll helps you to reduce acidity & triglyceride level for sure.
