Hi there.. I can understand your concern.. according to your symptoms you are suffering from calculus cholecystitis-gall bladder infection due to stones in it.. you need to undergo surgery for same.. cholecystectomy ie gall bladder removal surgery.. you have option of laproscopic or open cholecystectomy.. tablets is just temporary relief, again you'll have recurrent severe symptoms..please consult nearby surgeon...
