My sister feel pain in right side of rib . It is difficult to under where should we consult and which specialists

Consult any consultant physician. Check for chest xray and ultrasonography of whole abdomen. Right sided pain abdomen around ribs and hypochondrium may also be due to acute cholelithiasis,which can only be diagnosed by ultrasonography of whole abdomen. You may take analgesics with antacids for pain relief.
