  4. Cholecalciferol overdose. To the doctor?

Cholecalciferol overdose
I accidentally gave my 18 month old son cholecalciferol double dose prescribed 600iu and I gave 1200 iu for 10 days He showed symptoms like loss of appetite drowsiness and constipation I have stopped it for the time being Is it something serious Should I take him to the doctor
