Chocolate Cysts.
My sister has been diagnosed with 3 big ovarian cyst after repeated complaints of irregular periods and pain. Went for an USG and tests on the advice of a Doctor. Suggested laparoscopy. Please suggest.

Multiple large Chocolate cyst need laparoscopic surgical correction. The presence of adhesions also signify moderate to severe peritoneal endometriosis which distort the anatomy of pelvic organs and compromises fertility. Surgical correction is the best option for restoration of fertility

Opt for medical management if it is not working or ifyour daughter is already experiencing pain better go for surgical laparoscopy
