Chocking in throat
I am feeling a chocking in throat since last 4-5 days. M not able to swallow properly. Pain in throat. Can't eat spicy or can't drink cold drink. Was on medication 5 days back for cold and cough.

You may be having apthous ulcers of the throat secondary to viral upper respiratory tract infection. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use symptomatic treatment such as painkillers, antiseptic mouth gargle for few days
