Chnge in periods durtion & pain in abdom
Hello From Last 3 months, There is a sudden change in my periods duration. Earlier it was approx 6-7 day. Now it is reduced to 3-4 days.. And too much pain in my lower abdomen,Back, legs during and before the strt of periods. Hence, i got a sonography of my abdomen done and the report is attached for reference. Can you please check and suggest what exactly the issue is and what treatment should i take for this. We are planning for a baby. This would be our first baby. Is this problem gonna affect our plans for a baby? What precautionary steps should i take for early pregnancy?

You have a subserosal fibroid which may or may not be the cause of pain,,as fibroid is away from cavity of uterus,it's not going to affect your plans but you are already 34 and should take active treatment to conceive as ovaries are also shown to be polycystic in usg
Next Steps
Get baseline investigations bld grp, blood sugar, tsh,AMH,day 2usg scan, husband's semen analysis and then you can consult
