My mother had severe depression when I was in class 10th. Now I am suffering from some anxiety. I don't associate myself with my mother. I think positive and imagine good happening to me. I will be resuming normal life soon. I keep myself contended and satisfied with whatever situations in life.Is there anything else I can do?
