My 11 month baby boy looks lean .as a mother it hurts seeing him lyk this I give him all nutritious food and he is exclusively breastfed.he weighs around 7.8 kgs and stands 61 cm .his birth weight 3.1kg.he s very active and his head circumference is 42cm

Hello, a baby gains to be triple the birth weight by 1 year of age. And length of a baby should be around 75cm at 1 year of age.
As your baby is deficitly growing in all parameters, please visit a pediatrician for clinical evaluation and deficiency signs assessment, so that appropriate advice can be given to you.
