My 11 months old boy baby suffering from rashes last one month.used deswone creme and antifungul but no result.mainly on face chest nake

Desowen is a steriod so better to avoid try to change the sopa to cetaphil baby soap and cetaphil baby lotion and on the rash apply cetaphil loition more number of times. If not improving by 1-2 weeks consult a dermatologist. Don apply desowen for longer periods.
