Child passing stool with gas
My baby is 3 months and exclusively breastfed. He generally passes motion once in three days... But today he passed motion twice but then started passing little by little motion with gas. Once observed hood motion was watery with little mucus.

If exclusively breastfed nothing to worry...do proper burping after each feed
