Having headache since 1-2months on and off sometimes with vomiting,abdominal pain. no fever,and any other illness. well in sleeping time.

A disturbed tummy and acidity can cause headaches. The vomiting can also be secondary to the headaches.
Next Steps
Avoid acidic and oily food, increase water intake and avoid situations that start or increase the headache such as long time in the sun or watching too much television. Also get a routine eye check up done.
