Child gnth inside neck left,right side

Hi my child is 4 Yrs old having gnth in his neck inside left and right side both.. some time if we see very closely than it can seen.. if I touch it, clearly feel there are few gnths moving inside neck(nasho ke andar).. what to do I am little worried..
